BROCK – Various lanes of FM 1189 will be closed from Young Bend Road to Big Valley Circle for pavement work beginning Monday, June 13. Closures will be scheduled from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday for approximately two weeks. Flaggers and a pilot car will direct traffic through the work zone.
In 2021, 244 workers and road users were killed in work zones. The leading causes – speeding and driver inattention – are entirely preventable. Protect workers. Protect road users.
